Mad mad mad. So i get home today, and find my mom giving me the "Look." That look means something happened, badly. So she tells me she's gone through all my emails, ALL of them. Most specifically on certain notes, she said I sound cheap and indecent. What the hell. I don't know what to do, I live in a society where one can think independently, and not be sheltered by a certain guideline. Growing up in the Philippines, surrounded by strict Catholic values, my parents expect me to be a little Angel. Ever since i arrived in America on July 4th, 2001 (lol, i didnt even know it was independence day), i have lost all of my conservative values. I even forgot to resite the Rosary after being Best in Religion in Sienna College. I have tried things my family would never even think of, and understand. From observation, they are too intact in the strict guidelines of the Bible that they never think just from the Heart. I'm not saying they're religious extremists, but please calm down. Honestly, my parents think that the only thing all American teenagers do are sex, drugs, and rock n' roll. Well, most likely, but low-key. To all you conservative, Asian parents; don't lose temper with your kids, and just trust them. All they want is Trust. You can't always protect them from the cruel world, it'll always be cruel.
